Do you sell gift cards?
Yes, we do! Our gift card can be purchased in increments of 50€, 100€, 200€ and 500€.

Please note: Our gift cards are a digital product and will be delivered directly to you by email. You will not receive a physical card. We do not mail gift cards to customers due to the liability and risk of lost or stolen orders.
My gift card has not arrived by email. Where is it?
This is extremely uncommon as our gift cards are sent by email within 24 hours of purchase.
Unless there was a payment processing error, your order will sent directly to the email used at checkout. If the email used at checkout was incorrectly input, this would result in the gift card not being delivered to the correct recipient.
We recommend that the recipient of the gift card check their spam inbox folder in their email account in the off-chance that the emails from Clocks and Colours have been filtered to the spam folder unintentionally due to a technical error.
If you still cannot locate your gift card, please contact us right away.
Do gift cards ever expire?
Our gift cards have no expiration date. They do not expire.
Can I return a gift card for a refund?
Gift cards can only be refunded under the following conditions:
- The return is requested within our standard Return/Exchange Policy window of 30 days.
- The balance is unused.
Can I use a gift card in person?
Gift cards purchased online must be used in our online store. If you wish to use an online gift card in-person at one of our retail stores, you must first contact us to request a gift card conversion before visiting our store.
Can I use a gift card during the sale?
You can redeem a gift card during a sale to make a purchase. A gift card can be used alongside a discount code at checkout. If you have any issues with using your gift card, please contact us.
Do you offer gift receipts?
Unfortunately, no we do not. We can allow any customer to use the return portal. All they need is the Order Number and Zip/Postal Code to submit their request.
If they would like to update the return address, please contact us as soon as you submit your request on the return portal
