I have forgotten to apply my discount code, what should I do?

Contact us and we can apply an eligible discount code as an after-purchase refund for you within our system. There is no need to cancel your order.

You may be asked to provide screenshots of any original correspondence you have to be eligible for a discount code. If you cannot provide proof of receiving a discount code, your request may be denied.

Please note that discount codes cannot be stacked, so if your order already contains a used discount code, no further discounts or promotions will be eligible. Only one discount code can be applied to a single purchase order at any time. This includes sale items.
