Can I change the items in my order?
Unfortunately, once your order is submitted, we cannot make any changes to the items in your order.
This means that in order to change your order, it must be cancelled and a new order must be placed with the corrected items.
What happens if your order has already shipped?
If your order has already been shipped, you will have to wait for it to arrive and treat your order as a normal return/exchange request. Once you receive your order, you can submit a standard return or exchange request by using our online portal.
