How do I polish my items?

Stainless steel does not rust or tarnish, but you can always use a polishing cloth to remove oil and dirt buildup.

These can be purchased by a separate retailer. We include a microfiber polishing cloth with many of our shipped items, which we recommend storing your items in to avoid scratches and abrasions.

3rd Party Services

Some jewellers may offer a polishing service which may serve your interests. Please note any damage to your items by a 3rd party service are not covered under the warranty policy. 

Jewellery Cleaners & Polishes

We do not recommend using a jewellery cleaner or polish on your items as they may cause unintended damage to your item due to the effects of chemicals and abrasive ingredients. Damage to your items through the use of cleaners and polishes will void the warranty on your items.
