Pricing and Tax Information
Some customers may be required to pay local taxes in addition to the listed product price on our website. Taxes are determined by your local government authority, which then applies at checkout to customer orders based on their destination.
Are Checkout Taxes the same as Customs and Duty Fees?
No, the taxes charged at checkout are completely separate from any customs and duty fees that may be applied to your order.
Please note that customs and duty fees are only currently covered for Canadian, US, UK and EU orders.
Customers from international destinations are subject to customs and duty fees at the discretion of their country's import laws and ministries, which are completely out of our control. Any customs and duties fees imposed due to international shipments are the responsibility of the customer to pay, and are not collected in any way by our company.
VAT Charges - UK and EU Customers
Customers in the UK and in EU countries will have all VAT tax charges included in the displayed price of the product page and at checkout. No additional taxes will be applied at checkout. All VAT values are calculated in Euros.
What happens if I paid taxes on my order when I shouldn't have?
Technical glitches can come up, but they're usually rare. In the case that you were charged extra taxes when you shouldn't have been, please contact our customer support team directly. If you should not have been charged taxes, our support team will ensure those fees are refunded to you.
Tax Exemptions
Specific regional and local laws may mean that certain individuals are exempt from paying taxes.
If you believe you should be tax-exempt, please contact our customer support team and provide all relevant documentation and information necessary to prove your tax exemption. If eligible, our support team will ensure taxes are removed or reimbursed to you.
