Why is my discount code not working?
There are several reasons why your discount code may not be working for you.
- Your code may have a minimum-cart amount that you are not meeting for eligibility.
- Example: "Take $50 off of an order of $200".
- The discount is assigned specifically to your email address but you are not using the email assigned to your account at checkout.
- Discount codes cannot be combined, and you may be trying to use more than one discount code at once.
- Your code has expired.
- Most discount codes expire within 30 days, and some as soon as 7 days. Please see the terms and conditions of the discount code.
- The items in your cart are already discounted and are not eligible for additional discounts or promotions.
Important Note: Discount codes cannot be combined with other discounts at checkout under any circumstances.
