How do I submit a warranty claim?
Warranty claims for Vitaly Design products may be submitted via our online portal.
To begin submitting your warranty claim, you will need your original order number as well as the postal code or email address assigned to the order.
For orders beginning with VUS, please head here.

If you require assistance with retrieving your order information, please contact us.
Once in our return portal, you will need to provide the following information:
- A minimum of two (2) photos clearly demonstrating the issue with the item.
- One (1) photo of the item with the order number handwritten on a piece of paper next to it.
- An explanation of the damage to your item along with an explanation of what caused the issue.
What happens after you submit your warranty claim?
Once your claim is submitted, a member of our support team will review your claim and make a verdict on whether you qualify for coverage based on the details and circumstances of your claim.
How long does it take for a claim to be reviewed?
It can take up to 2-4 business days on average for the support team to assess your claim.
Once your claim has been reviewed, a decision will be made to approve or deny your claim and you will be notified by email. Please understand that if your warranty claim is denied, the decision cannot be appealed.
If your claim is approved but your exact item is out of stock for any reason, you will be provided a gift card for the original purchase value of your item.
