How long does a return take to complete?
This depends on your original destination. All returns outside of the EU will be shipped back to our warehouse in Canada. Returns within the EU will be shipped back to our warehouse in Portugal.
Your return package must first be received at our warehouse. Once the contents of your package have been verified and approved, your refund will then be processed. Your refund will be processed to your original payment method(s), including a gift card if you used one at the time of checkout.
All return processing times are subject to potential delays due to unforeseen carrier complications and seasonal shipping volumes.
EU Returns
Approximately 2-4 Weeks (Depending on Country of Origin)
Your order must be shipped to our European warehouse in Portugal.
Please ensure that you provide us with a tracking number when you ship your item back.
Once your return arrives at our European warehouse, it may take 2-3 business days for us to process your return parcel in addition to the 3-5 business days it will require for the money to be refunded to your original payment method.
Note: You may experience delays if there is a higher-than-average volume of returns.
Refund Processing Times
If your order is cancelled, the refund will take 3-7 business days to be processed after being received and processed back at our warehouse facilities. Business days are Monday to Friday.
Important Note: Return packages not containing accurate and complete return contents will not be eligible for a refund.
