Shipping Delays

Your package may experience a delay for any number of reasons that are outside of our control. These delays typically clear within a matter of days. However, that is not a guaranteed timeframe.

Shipping delay reasons may include:

  • Carrier Issues or Outages
  • Customs and Duties Processing
  • Outstanding/Unpaid Customs Fees
  • Climate Impact or Severe Weather
  • Regional Conflict or War
  • Holidays

We can verify with the courier to determine if the delay is abnormal. Unless the shipping delay is an abnormal circumstance, we cannot reship your order to you. We are very sorry for any inconvenience or frustration that a delay may cause.

Please note that a package will be delayed if you have not paid outstanding customs or duties charges. Not doing so will delay your order if not completed.

Important Note: It is the customer's responsibility to pay customs and duties fees. If your package is returned due to refusal of customs fees you may not be eligible for a refund or reshipment.


Shipping Fee Reimbursements Due To Delays 

Vitaly Design will not be held liable for delays resulting from factors out of our control.

Unless otherwise explicitly communicated by a member of our support team, customers will not be eligible for shipping refunds on orders affected by unforeseeable or uncontrollable circumstances.
