Why did my item not get returned because of a customs fee?

Customs fees incurred on customer returns will result in an incomplete return/exchange request.

To avoid this issue, we request that all return shipment contents be marked as 10€ in value so that we can receive your item(s) back without unnecessary complications related to customs fees. Doing this establishes the item as a return rather than a sale for logistics handling purposes, and will avoid customs charges resulting in a smoother return process.


If your return shipment contents were not marked appropriately as described above, your return parcel will eventually be designated "Returned To Sender" and be shipped back to you.
